How can we create classrooms where every student feels invited to participate and supported when they do? This interactive session explores research-based strategies to engage all learners through a combination of structure, warmth, and rigor. Participants will examine how intentional practices and supportive language can transform participation from a few confident voices to a chorus of perspectives. Through hands-on practice and reflection, attendees will leave with adaptable tools to foster an environment where all students see themselves as valued contributors to the learning process.
