As our university explores the opportunities and challenges of rapidly emerging AI tools through the Embracing AI Go Grant, we invite all members of our campus community to share their needs as they relate to AI policies, training, and infrastructure. Your perspectives will help shape how we responsibly and effectively integrate AI across teaching, learning, research, and administrative work in alignment with CMU’s mission and values.

Why your input matters
Insights gathered here will inform Go Grant recommendations on policy, training, and infrastructure, and guide the development of resources that reflect our shared academic values.

Listening sessions
What to expect:

• Brief welcome and context from the Embracing AI GO Grant Workgroups.
• Small- and/or large-group discussion on policies, practices, and infrastructure needs.
• Anonymous note-capture options for sensitive topics.

NOTE: This session will be offered in a HyFlex format, which will allow registrants to attend either Face to Face in Park 413 or via Microsoft Teams using the link included below.
