Service Learning Course: Development Workshop

Join Nicole Springer, Ph.D., Vice President of Professional Development and Inclusive Excellence at Campus Compact, for a full-day workshop to learn more about service learning (SL) and how to develop a new SL course or improve a currently existing course. In this workshop, attendees will learn about community-engaged principles, pedagogies, and best practices. Participants are encouraged to come with an existing course or an idea for a new SL course to work on throughout the day.

Lunch will be provided courtesy of Dave Patton's office, Senior Vice Provost for Academic and Curricular Affairs. Workshop supported by the CMU's Committee on Academic Service Learning.
