Leadership is a challenging topic that largely relies on your own experiences and identities. Join the ADVANCE Program as we welcome Dr. Meg Handley from Penn State’s Engineering Leadership Development office for an engaging workshop on the topics of leadership and self-efficacy. Participants will be encouraged to dive deep and reflect on their own professional journey as it relates to leadership and career growth. In particular, Dr. Handley will share self-assessments to better gauge and understand your own self-efficacy as it relates to leadership.
