Intended Audience: Faculty

Faculty career paths are complex, particularly for those interested in pursuing administrative pathways. Join the ADVANCE Program and a panel of faculty leaders for a conversation around career advancement, with a focus on the impact of marginalized identity to progression. Panelists will come from a variety of mid-level roles including program directors, chairs, and those with special assignments. The goal of this session is to give insight into the experiences of those occupying mid-level roles, better illuminating the mysterious transition from faculty member to top-level roles such as dean/provost. Audience members will be invited to ask questions.

Light refreshments will be provided.
