Join Nicole Springer, Ph.D., Senior Director of Professional Development and Scholarship & Chief Equity Officer at Campus Compact, for a full-day workshop to learn more about service learning (SL) and how to develop a new SL course or improve a currently existing course. In this workshop, attendees will learn about community-engaged principles, pedagogies, and best practices. Participants are encouraged to come with an existing course or an idea for a new SL course to work on throughout the day. Lunch will be provided. Sponsored by the CMU's Committee on Academic Service Learning.
