Need some one-on-one assistance with an issue you are facing with Ultra? Starting January 17th through April 17th, drop in virtually via Webex on Wednesdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to ask Ultra-related questions. No appointment or registration is necessary.

To join the Virtual Session:

1. Go to https://cmich.webex.com/meet/bbultra-webex.
2. If prompted, enter your name and email address.
3. Click "Join Now."
4. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
