Instructor feedback provided via different methods improves critical thinking and writing skills and fosters relationships within the online classroom. However, the practice of feedback must strike a balance between constructive criticism and praise to encourage a growth mindset. In this interactive session, we will explore various methods to provide meaningful, salient commentary while also diversifying feedback through text, video, and audio-based techniques to reach all learners.
